Palmetto Air & Water Balance Announces Acquisition of TechScan, Inc.

June 12, 2026 – Buda, TX and Greenville, SC – Palmetto Air & Water Balance, LLC (“Palmetto” or the “Company”), a people-first, high-growth independent Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (“TAB”) and Critical Environment certification business, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TechScan, Inc. (“TechScan”), a leading Critical Environment certification specialist serving customers across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Alabama.

Led by Gregg and Jeff Roszkowski, TechScan has built a strong reputation as a trusted certification partner for customers operating in highly regulated and technically complex environments. With nearly 42 years of experience in the certification service industry, TechScan has provided services for cleanroom facilities and related equipment, including USP 797/800 certification support, CETA CAG 003, NSF certification, micro-processing and medical cleanrooms, biological safety cabinets, compounding isolators, and related design and regulatory considerations.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome Gregg, Jeff, and the entire TechScan team to the One Palmetto family,” said Rob Gannett, CEO of Palmetto Air & Water Balance. “Critical Environment certification is an important part of Palmetto’s future, and TechScan brings deep technical expertise, strong customer relationships, and a reputation for excellence in some of the most demanding environments we serve. Their experience with USP 797/800, pharmacy and laboratory certification, cleanrooms, biological safety cabinets, and compounding environments significantly strengthens our ability to serve customers where safety, compliance, and technical precision matter most.”

The acquisition of TechScan represents another important step in Palmetto’s continued growth as a leading independent TAB and Critical Environment certification provider. The partnership expands Palmetto’s specialized Critical Environment capabilities and broadens the Company’s service coverage across the South Central and Mid-South regions.

“Joining Palmetto is an exciting next step for TechScan, our employees, and our customers,” said Gregg and Jeff Roszkowski, former owners of TechScan. “We have always believed that certification work requires more than technical knowledge. It requires responsiveness, personal attention, and an understanding that no two cleanrooms or critical environments are exactly alike. From the beginning of our conversations, it was clear that Palmetto respected the reputation we have built and shared our commitment to customer service, technical excellence, and doing the job the right way.”

As part of Palmetto, TechScan will continue to serve its existing customers while gaining access to Palmetto’s broader infrastructure, training resources, technology platform, and expanding network of TAB and Critical Environment professionals.

“TechScan is a strong strategic fit for Palmetto,” added Gannett. “Their team’s specialized expertise complements our existing Critical Environment capabilities and gives us an even stronger foundation to support healthcare, pharmacy, laboratory, life sciences, and other highly regulated customers. We look forward to investing in the TechScan team, supporting their continued growth, and working together to provide customers with the technical insight and confidence they need to operate safely and effectively.”

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
