SRM Equity Partners Announces Promotion of Fausto Lucero to Partner

January 26, 2026 – Austin, TX and Atlanta, GA – SRM Equity Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Fausto Lucero to Partner on the Investment Team. This milestone marks SRM’s first promotion to Partner, underscoring the significance of the appointment and the impact Fausto has made since joining the firm. 

Fausto joined SRM in 2021 and has over 20 years of relevant experience across private equity, and corporate and investment banking, having held senior leadership roles in New York City. Since joining SRM, Fausto has played a central role in advancing the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio development by leading and contributing to major platform and add-on transactions, partnering with management teams to drive value creation, and strengthening SRM’s culture by elevating analytical rigor, collaboration, and team performance.
