Alfredo Ramirez is a serial entrepreneur, CEO, and Board Director with a proven track record of leading high-growth enterprise software companies to successful acquisitions by companies such as HP Inc and the Oracle Corporation.
He most recently served as Co-founder, CEO, and Board Director of Vyopta Incorporated, a digital employee experience management software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. Under his leadership, Vyopta served hundreds of global organizations and was recently acquired by HP Inc., where he was the President of HP/Vyopta. Previously, Alfredo co-founded Vitalz, a healthcare enterprise scheduling and resource management SaaS company, which was acquired by the Oracle Corporation. His earlier career includes key executive roles such as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dematic Reddwerks, an enterprise warehouse management software company, and management positions at Trilogy Software and Accenture.
Alfredo holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
