She brings a diverse background in administrative leadership across the educational, banking, and biopharma industries, where she has consistently delivered operational excellence and strategic support in complex, fast-paced environments.
Prior to joining SRM, Michelle held key roles that spanned executive support, team leadership, and project coordination. Her core strengths include meeting planning and execution, managing and training support staff, process improvement, budgeting, project management, resource utilization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Science from Indiana University, Bloomington, a foundation that supports her strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive relationships across all levels of an organization.
In her personal life, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Whether it's on the sidelines of a game or in the audience of a performance, she loves watching them thrive in sports, acting and singing - always their biggest supporter.
