Seth Vance is an Operating Partner at SRM Equity Partners, LLC, where he collaborates with management teams to implement the SRM Toolbox across portfolio companies and supports the investment process for new acquisitions. He brings a strong background in lean operating systems, having built his foundation in various roles at Danaher before leading transformations of private-equity-backed companies, including as CEO of Akona Process Solutions and COO of Timber Automation.
Seth holds an MBA from The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BA from Brigham Young University in Economics. He enjoys spending time with his family and all things sports.
